Return & Refund Policy
At Duchess Bridal, every gown and accessory is curated to uphold couture standards of craftsmanship. Because each piece is selected or made specifically for our brides, all sales are final.
Final sale items
Bridal gowns, evening wear, accessories, veils, overskirts, gloves, and all special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Order review
Please review size, measurements, product details, and timelines before placing your order. Our team is available to assist with questions prior to purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@duchessbridalboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will review your claim according to our quality assurance process.Alterations
Alterations are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the client.

Shipping Policy
Made-to-order production timeline
Most pieces available in our online boutique are made-to-order. Standard production typically requires 12–14 weeks before shipping.
Timelines may vary based on design complexity, fabric availability, seasonal production volume, and designer capacity.Accessories or items marked “In Stock” ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Order processing
Production begins once your order is confirmed. Because each piece is created specifically for you, production and delivery timelines may vary. If additional time is required due to supplier delays, fabric restocks, or seasonal volume, our team will notify you.
Shipping methods and tracking
Once production is complete, all orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our studio or designer partner.Delivery estimates
Total delivery time includes production time plus shipping time.
Duchess Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the client.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the client. Please contact the carrier directly to initiate a lost or stolen package claim.
Boutique vs. atelier timelines
The production timelines listed above apply exclusively to items purchased through our online boutique. In-store bridal gown orders follow their own designer-specific timelines and policies, which are communicated during your appointment.
